Where do you ship from?
We ship orders from our warehouse in China.


Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes will not be possible. However, you may return your order once it has been received for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments via PayPal.


When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during holidays or promotions. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing time is 1 to 3 business days and will ship the day after processing is complete. We do not ship orders on weekends.


How long do I have to wait for delivery?
Due to high demand, delivery time may be 2 to 4 weeks.


What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.


Will customs duties and taxes be charged?
Prices on our website are listed in US dollars and do not include taxes. Once your shipment reaches its destination country, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may be charged, as determined by your local customs office. You are responsible for paying these costs. We are not responsible for delays due to customs procedures. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

What should I do if I received a faulty, incorrect or damaged product?
Please contact us if you receive a damaged, incorrect or missing item. Please include your order number, product photos and any other relevant information in your message. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


When will I get my refund?
All refunds are made to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the funds will be returned to your account within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item or approving your cancellation. If you have any questions about how long it will take to process the funds, please contact your card issuer.
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check the status with your bank or card issuer - sometimes refunds take a few days to process.
